Boston College Veterans Memorial

This memorial was a way for Boston College to honor its past graduates that gave their lives defending our freedom in the Armed Services. The low granite wall is set into the lawns of the Burns Library. 297 graduates are engraved into the polished black granite cap that meanders along the edge of the lawn. Each year on Veterans Day in November a remembrance ceremony is held at this location.
