Mansfield High School Track and Field

As Senior Project Manager at Weston & Sampson, Inc., I led the comprehensive renovation of Mansfield High School's athletic field, significantly enhancing the athletic experience and addressing critical safety and playability issues. Managing the project from initial feasibility through construction, I oversaw the revitalization of the aging facility. This included a full-depth reconstruction with improved drainage to resolve stormwater issues, a new synthetic turf field with impact attenuation padding for player safety, and a resurfaced synthetic rubberized track for optimal performance. Spectator capacity was expanded with new bleachers accommodating over 300 people. Modernized LED lighting and a synchronized video display scoreboard were also installed, creating a dynamic event experience.
